Patient Access Specialist

Provide accurate and compassionate patient registration and financial clearance. In this role, you will:

• Greet patients and complete registration in the EHR and revenue cycle systems.
• Verify insurance coverage and patient eligibility; obtain required authorizations.
• Collect co-pays and ensure payments are properly documented.
• Maintain complete, compliant documentation and support revenue cycle accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical and billing teams to resolve access and financial issues.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities with clear, professional communication.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy standards to protect patient information.
