Per Diem Occupational Therapist
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered occupational therapy care in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Evaluate patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide targeted interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living, work, and self-care.

- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and determine occupational therapy needs
- Plan and implement individualized treatment interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and carryover of strategies
- Document clinical findings and care provided in the EHR
- Participate in quality improvement efforts and learning initiatives serving diverse communities
