- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to promote mobility, independence, and wellness.
- Perform documentation within EMR systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to support safe aging in place.
- Incorporate telehealth and virtual care to enhance access and flexibility.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Degree from an accredited OT program.
- Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
- Current CPR certification.
