- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license.
- Possible BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings.
- Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Previous travel therapy experience.
- Experience with post-acute care documentation systems.
- Provide patient-centered occupational therapy evaluations and interventions.
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to optimize functional outcomes.
- Support discharge planning and functional improvements.
- Work hours: 08:30–16:30, five 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 35 hours/week.
