We are seeking an Occupational Health Program Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive workplace health programs aligned with organizational goals. Key duties include case management, injury and illness prevention, workers' compensation oversight, health surveillance, ergonomic evaluations, and emergency response planning. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, analyzing health data, and fostering a culture of well-being through training and health initiatives. The ideal candidate has a clinical background, experience in occupational health and safety, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis and modern AI tools. A bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related fields is required; a master’s is preferred. The role requires onsite presence at designated locations with some travel.
