Job Summary
- Provide operational support for laboratory instrumentation in a medical device environment.
- Apply knowledge of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory standards.
- Assist with ensuring compliance and quality assurance in laboratory operations.
- Support training and troubleshooting of lab equipment as needed.
- Travel occasionally for overnight assignments within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- MT (ASCP) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Technologist.
- Strong understanding of QC procedures, validation protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
