- Performing physical examinations and medical history assessments to determine donor suitability.
- Building rapport with donors and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing donor education, counseling on test results, and managing adverse events or injuries.
- Evaluating donor health history and administering employee vaccination programs.
- Assisting in staff training and maintaining donor confidentiality.
- Licensed or certified as RN, LPN, or Vocation Nurse according to state requirements.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to perform physical activities including bending, twisting, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, visual and auditory acuity, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with biological fluids and exposure to medical equipment is preferred.
