Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current compact LPN license, and at least one year of recent bedside LPN experience. Preferred Epic experience and BLS certification; IV certification required. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients.
