- Assess, diagnose, and manage acutely ill hospitalized patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Perform daily patient rounds, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and adjust treatments as needed
- Provide consultative services and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
- MD or DO degree with current medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Hospital Medicine
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
