Role: Operating Room RN responsible for circulating and scrubbing across diverse high-acuity surgical cases, including trauma, cardiac, neuro, orthopedics, and robotic-assisted procedures.
Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with surgeons, intraoperative support teams, and leadership to ensure patient-centered perioperative care. Promote efficient communication, shared accountability, and teamwork within a high-acuity OR environment. Ensure safe staffing, reliable break coverage, and adhere to call requirements. Support professional growth through specialty alignment and continuing education. Maintain compliance with licensure and clinical experience requirements.
Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license (state or compact), ADN required (BSN preferred), relevant clinical experience, and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. On-call availability is required.
