- Applies the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring.
- Communicates patient changes to relevant departments.
- Educates patients and families effectively.
- Administers medications and treatments promptly following facility policies.
- Receives, transcribes, and executes physician orders, as permitted by law.
- Participates in physician rounds when needed.
- Licensed LVN in California or with a compact license for applicable states.
- Preferred: at least one year of nursing management experience.
- Experience in long-term care and PointClickCare charting.
