- Delegating tasks, supporting unit leadership, and participating in staff development.
- Documenting accurately, communicating effectively with the healthcare team, and partnering with families for education and evaluation.
- Serving as triage or trauma nurse when assigned and engaging in community education and legal considerations.
- Delegating duties to unlicensed personnel for behavioral health areas.
- ASN required; BSN preferred and within 3 years.
- 2 years pediatric or emergency experience preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the relevant state, BLS/CPR, and relevant certifications like PALS and TNCC.
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
