- Manage quality control procedures, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments, and participate in proficiency testing.

- Assist with specimen collection and processing, follow safety protocols, and support onboarding of new staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related science meeting NYSDOH requirements.
- Active, valid Clinical Laboratory Technologist license issued by NYSED is required.
- Preferred certifications include ASCP or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, proficiency with laboratory automation, and clear communication abilities under pressure.
