As a Caregiver, Your Responsibilities Include
- Building meaningful relationships with those served
- Supporting personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs
- Encouraging community participation and engaging in activities
- Assisting with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
