We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide evidence-based ABA services in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting functional assessments
  • Developing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Delivering one-on-one and group therapy for pediatric and/or adult patients
  • Partnering with PT, OT, and SLP colleagues
  • Supervising behavior technicians
  • Training caregivers to support carryover at home

Qualifications And Skills

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience in implementing ABA interventions
  • Strong collaboration and supervision skills
  • Ability to train and support caregivers
  • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care focused on measurable outcomes and quality of life
