Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time | Longview, TX
H2 Health Kids, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services. At H2 Health Kids Longview, you'll work with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions in a welcoming environment focused on individualized care and measurable outcomes. Our team is committed to empowering children and families through evidence-based treatment and compassionate support.
Your Role
- Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments, and treatment planning.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to BCaBAs, RBTs, and other team members as appropriate.
- Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations to maximize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Deliver caregiver training to support skill generalization and long-term success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure if required by state regulations.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- Competitive Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
