Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview: The Service Advisor performs automotive services efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. They assist customers with purchases, explain work orders and invoices, and handle cashier duties. Responsibilities include installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing and installing tires, performing oil changes, and interpreting vehicle inspection results to recommend services. Associates are trained to achieve Level I status and must demonstrate safety compliance and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and coworkers
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
• Proficiency in English reading and speaking
• Must be 18 or older
• Prior auto repair and retail experience preferred
