What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Menorah Park?
This is a temporary 3 month position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Monday-Friday 9am to 2pm.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome residents, family members and guests who visit the facility. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Some light bookkeeping required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents & guests
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
