What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Assistant 6AM-6PM position at Menno-Haven Inc?
The Resident Assistant will provide care, support and assistance to the residents which includes but is not limited to: ADL’s, feeding, personal hygiene, activities and companionship.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirable
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone

Shift:
- Full-time, Non-exempt
