Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic bilingual Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support our clients seeking legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle communications in English/Spanish
- Assist with clerical tasks and maintain client records
- Organize and process documents, manage digital/physical case files
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold firm guidelines
- Data entry and use of office software
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with MS Office and MacOS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of administrative experience
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn $20/hr
- 2 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays
