Account Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Account Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-oriented role focused on driving business growth for Menehune Water Company. This position plays a crucial part in expanding the client base and maintaining key client relationships, combining account management, new business development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strong sales results with honesty and transparency.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in sales or a similar role

• Valid driver’s license

• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Support and maintain existing customer accounts by building strong relationships, addressing needs, and ensuring continued satisfaction

• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets

• New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and onboard new accounts, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities

• Integrity & Transparency: Communicate honestly and openly with customers and team members at all times

• •Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales or account management

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

• Ability to adapt to changing business needs

Work Schedule:

• Full-time 

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
