Job Overview
It is part-time position: Monday - Friday 2pm - 6pm.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal husbandry, ability to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities, ability to perform a variety of tasks that support the daily operations of the ranch and our Equine Programs.
Duties
- Assist in the care and management of livestock, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Assist with clients, primarily individuals who are neurodivergent .
Experience
- Previous experience in animal care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
