POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Accounting Manager(s) in the preparation of monthly financial statements, analyzing general ledger accounts, and creating and verifying other financial reports.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
· Reconcile bank statements
· Analyze bank fees and invoices and resolve discrepancies
· Prepare journal entries and balance general ledger accounts
· Analyze accrual and other general ledger accounts for accuracy
· Cross-train and help out in other areas of the accounting department
· Respond to requests made from different levels of management
Salary : $47,000 - $59,000
