Position Overview
We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Showroom Operations Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound garments, oversee fabric swatch organization, conduct quality control inspections, and ensure the showroom reflects our standard at all times. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and pride in presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive, log, and organize incoming garments, fabrics, and accessories
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments to clients and manufacturing partners
- Track deliveries and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain accurate inventory records
Quality Control
- Inspect all incoming garments for craftsmanship, fit issues, and production accuracy
- Flag and communicate any quality concerns to management immediately
- Ensure garments are properly pressed, labeled, and presentation-ready
Fabric & Swatch Management
- Maintain, rotate, and refresh fabric swatches on the showroom floor
- Remove outdated or damaged swatches and replace with current offerings
- Organize fabric books and ensure consistency across displays
Showroom Presentation
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the showroom
- Ensure garments, displays, and fittings areas are immaculate before and after appointments
- Assist in setting up the showroom for client appointments or special events
