About Men of Iron
Men of Iron exists to change a culture, one man at a time by equipping everyday men to know God and know his purpose. Through mentorship, small groups, retreats, and leadership development, we partner with churches, businesses, and other Kingdom-minded organizations to reach men where they live, work, and lead. The Iron Rep plays a vital role in expanding that mission locally by creating lasting and sustainable impact in the community and mentoring more men step into the roles God designed them to fill.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a base of monthly financial partners through consistent outreach, meetings, and networking with individuals, churches, and organizations.
- Launch and support Men of Iron mentorships, small groups, and retreats while recruiting and developing local leaders.
- Cultivate relationships with mentors, churches, and community partners to expand the reach of Men of Iron.
- Maintain accurate records of relationships, activity, and commitments in the CRM.
- Capture and share stories of life change to encourage men and strengthen the mission.
