What this is
This is a subcontractor opportunity, not a W-2 position.
You clean the homes. We do the hard part of getting you homes to clean.
Be in business for yourself, not by yourself.
Men Can Clean Too brings in the clients, sets the scope and standard, and handles the billing and customer communication. You choose which accounts you take and complete the work to standard.

What’s expected
This is hard physical work: on your feet 6–8 hours, bending, lifting, scrubbing.
You’ll be cleaning homes and offices in and around Springfield.
You must:
Have a reliable vehicle
Show up on schedule
Clean to the written checklist and standard
Communicate early if there’s an issue
Represent Men Can Clean Too professionally on MCCT accounts
You are responsible for your work, but you won’t be left guessing. We provide clear standards, checklists, and support when needed so you can succeed on MCCT accounts.
Important:
No promoting your own company on MCCT accounts
No taking MCCT clients direct
We typically start with one test account. If you do solid work and communicate well, we can route more work your way.
