What You'll Do
- Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Complete deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and recurring maintenance cleans
- Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients
- Bring a positive, detail-focused attitude to every job
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required—we'll train the right person
- A background check will be required
- Trustworthy and comfortable working inside clients' homes
