Summary Description

Degree Equivalency Formula
Bachelor’s Degree = 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree = 2 additional years of experience (e.g. master’s degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience.

- Provide general office and clerical support for one or more work areas.
- Perform basic filing, mail pickup, distribution and telephone coverage.
- Identify issues or problems and seek assistance from higher level personnel or management.
- Prepare correspondence regarding Prevention/Intervention Program and Raptor System and set up meeting with schools.
- Prepare charts based on weekly information submitted for Prevention/Intervention Programs and Raptor System throughout the district.
- Receive calls regarding the Raptor Systems, Prevention and Intervention Programs throughout the district.
- Process Weekly Reports.
- Maintain databases for various Prevention/Intervention Programs and Raptor.
- Track reports and program findings prior to and following Meetings.
- Assist schools with program and/or system concerns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
