Mission Contribution:
To ensure efficient and effective contract operations resulting in increased profit and mission fulfillment.
Function:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the Janitor-Lead will assist in training, supervising, and evaluating custodial services at the to ensure compliance with the - Goodwill Contract.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Assist in training employees on custodial methods to clean the Goodwill Contract site.
2. Assist in the operations to ensure compliance with the Goodwill Contract.
3. Assist in conducting evaluation of employees to insure program effectiveness.
4. Assist in setting up and monitoring all inspections and reporting necessary for contract compliance.
5. Provide a safe working environment for the employees and tenants
6. Provide training or coaching as needed to program participants.
7. Provide documents regarding performance of program participants.
8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Lifting, Pushing, Pulling
2. Ability to lift and carry load of 50 lbs.
3. Dust and handle sharp objects.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Inside and Outside work
2. Dust, Dirt, Chemicals, and Sharp Objects
3. Operation of Motorized Vehicles
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience custodial operations or training.
2. Motivated with the desire to help others; particularly those with disabilities.
3. Must pass Federal security requirements.
4. Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations, client’s ability, and decision making.
5. Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
