Memphis Country Club is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Child Care Attendant to help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members' children.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, is patient and engaging, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include supervising children's activities, assisting with crafts and games, maintaining a clean and organized childcare space, and ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care.
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Enjoys interacting with children of all ages
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must have experience with infants and toddlers and children up to age ten years.
- Patience with babies and children up to ten years
- Must be a caring professional with a background in child care, monitoring of sleeping babies, diaper changing, play time
- Child Care workers understand the responsibility of providing a safe and caring environment for children.
- Employee would maintain a high level of sanitation of facility
- Must be flexible with schedules, working days and nights
- Pre-employment drug screen and background searches required.
- Professional with members and their children at all times
