Duties

• Proactively generate new business by engaging in warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach within assigned territories.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, needs assessment, and tailored solution proposals.
• Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the benefits of mailing solutions, leveraging technical knowledge to address client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutual value and long-term partnerships.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase market penetration and brand awareness for mailing solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and executing targeted sales activities within a corporate sales environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, software or technology sales, or enterprise selling within a B2B setting.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales management tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client relationship management, account management, and deal closing strategies.
• Knowledge of mailing solutions or related software sales is highly desirable; technical sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market data and client needs to develop customized solutions that drive growth.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
