he Physician Liaison is responsible for research, training and providing ongoing support to the health care providers for effective use of the EHR system. The Physician Liaison serves as a resource to Providers to increase efficiencies and compliance. They work closely with healthcare teams and the Information System (IS) team, to improve organizational performance and functionality of clinical information systems.
equired Qualifications:

ducation: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related clinical discipline, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Information Systems or equivalent required experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

icensure: N/A E
xperience: Two (2) years of experience (with degree requirement) or Five (5) years of experience (with Associate degree) or Seven (7) years of experience (with no degree) of working on or using EHR systems directly or in support of physicians, nurses, and/or other clinical staff. S
kills, Knowledge, Abilities: Proficient in advanced computer skills; ability to evaluate, develop, train, and assess clinical systems for optimal use. Evidence of leadership, creativity and teaching ability. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to prioritize. Demonstrates an understanding of information technology and strategic vision; ability to work within a team and lead teams. Knowledge of Microsoft and EHR applications. P
