Job Description
The Long-Term Care Growth and Development Coordinator plays a key role in promoting the services of our nursing home to prospective residents, families, and the community. This individual is responsible for driving census growth through strategic marketing, managing referral relationships, coordinating admissions, and executing outreach and social media campaigns that enhance visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Must have minimum of 2 years work experience in long term care, healthcare marketing, or admissions coordination. Strong understanding of the long-term care industry and community resources. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
