Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong full-cycle construction recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings
- Comfortable working fully onsite in Charlotte
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
