Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm, respectful welcome
Direct visitors to the appropriate visitation rooms and answer any questions
Operate the sound system during visitations to ensure seamless services
Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
Assist with any other duties as assigned during visitations
Requirements:
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects is required
Business attire is required; professional appearance is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
