Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to families and guests
Assist with the setup and breakdown of funeral services & equipment
Help with transportation and handling of deceased individuals
Manage and handle flowers, memorial items, and other service-related materials
Perform light administrative duties as needed
Assist the Funeral Director with any additional tasks to ensure smooth funeral service operations
Requirements
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle stressful situations with care and professionalism
Physical ability to lift heavy items and equipment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
