Memorial Community Hospital, located in Blair, NE, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Medicine Provider to join our Emergency Department team in a PRN role. This role is open to board-certified Physicians, Physician Assistants, or Nurse Practitioners with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain professional standards as a mid-level or physician practitioner.
- Perform all duties within the scope of MCH Medical Staff privileges or under supervision as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document findings to ensure accurate patient records.
- Perform physical examinations tailored to the patient’s complaint, age, sex, and condition.
- Develop initial clinical impressions based on history, physical exam, and diagnostic testing.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Nebraska license as a Physician, PA, or NP.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a provider.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) – Required or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – Required or obtained within 90 days of hire
- Must maintain active and good standing medical staff privileges at MCH.
