Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Minor Care Clinic team. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and ensuring seamless coordination of services within our clinic.

Position Details:
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Weekend Rotation: Typically, every 4th weekend
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with nursing staff and medical providers to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
- Provide direct patient care including rooming patients, taking vitals, obtaining medical histories, reconciling medications, assisting with procedures, and administering medications and vaccinations.
- Perform lab draws and accurately document samples.
- Coordinate and follow up on tests, procedures, and specialty appointments as directed.
- Communicate patient assessments and findings to providers.
- Prepare exam rooms and necessary materials for patient visits.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of physician orders and interdepartmental communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN or LPN license in Nebraska or Iowa.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 60 days of hire.
