Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Cashiering / Clerical Receptionist
- Schedule service appointments
- Perform light bookkeeping duties
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Positive, friendly attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
