What You’ll Do as A Sales Consultant
· Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs
· Build relationships with new and existing customers
· Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
· Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication
· Work with the finance team to ensure a smooth buying process
· Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking for in a Sales Consultant
· Strong communication and people skills
· Positive attitude and self-motivation
· A desire to learn and grow professionally
· Sales or customer service experience is a plus (retail, insurance, hospitality, restaurant, etc.)
· Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
