Job Summary
MEMCO Staffing is seeking experienced and dependable Water Truck Drivers / Construction Laborers for a temporary project in Mission, TX. This assignment is expected to last approximately one to two month and will support ongoing construction operations.
Candidates should have experience operating water trucks in a construction environment. Individuals must be safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate water trucks to control dust and maintain safe working conditions on the jobsite.
- Safely operate gas-powered saws and other construction equipment as required.
- Assist with general construction labor tasks and site preparation.
- Follow all project safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Support project crews with various duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating water trucks on construction projects.
- Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required if operating equipment that does not require CDL licensing).
- Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.

- Temporary assignment lasting approximately 1 month.
