Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Billing Clerk to join our team with the possibility of going full time in the future. As a Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining customer records, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth financial transactions and excellent customer service.
Must be flexible with work schedule. Schedule will be based on need (25-30 hrs)
Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices to customers.
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or similar role is preferred but not required
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
High school diploma; additional certification (e.g., in Accounting) is a plus.
Valid state issue identification
Clean criminal background
