Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse operations team in Arlington, TX. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, shipping and receiving, inventory control, product refurbishment, and general warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and experienced in warehouse fulfillment, inventory systems, and shipping platforms.
Essential Job Duties
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for daily shipment.
- Print shipping labels using ShipStation or similar shipping software.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickups.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Process customer returns through inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Disassemble, inspect, refurbish, reassemble, and prepare returned products for resale or inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with monthly cycle counts.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Organize warehouse inventory to maximize storage efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following 5S warehouse standards.
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or distribution center experience.
- Experience working in high-volume warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management Systems (IMS), or similar software.
- Experience using ShipStation or comparable shipping software.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately enter inventory data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Product assembly, refurbishment, or repair experience.
- Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience performing inventory cycle counts.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices.
