MEMCO is hiring an Account Executive in the Chamblee area!
Full-Time & Long-Term
Schedule: M-F 9a-5p
Pay: $300-$400/weekly; BOE Commission ($50k OTE) on top of base.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Account Executive. The Representative drives revenue by selling the company's low voltage, security and networking solutions to commercial and institutional clients. They will require a blend of technical abilities, consultative selling skills, and strong client relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals and performance targets
- Promote and explain the company's products and services
- Identify and prospect new clients
- Conduct daily prospect visits to understand needs, propose personalized solutions
- Maintain and update client database and CRM
- Collaborate with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure timely installation and client support
- Monitor market trends and provide valuable market feedback to management for strategic commercial adjustments
- Generate proposals and actively follow up on prospective sales to closure
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Minimum 1 year in B2B sales in the technology sector or similar roles although training will be provided for the right candidates
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to drive up to 50% of the time or more
- Ability to use digital tools, CRM, and communication tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and handling customer objections
