Location: Remote (Must be licensed and able to serve Central & Eastern Pennsylvania)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing insurance platform serving credit union members across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a producer who enjoys consultative selling, values long-term relationships, and wants consistent warm leads provided through a trusted credit union partner. Base Commission & leads provided.
You will focus on helping small to mid-sized business owners protect their operations through tailored commercial insurance solutions, supported by strong carrier relationships, internal service teams, and a steady referral pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with credit union member businesses to assess risk and recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions
- Produce new commercial lines business (BOP, GL, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
- Work inbound and referred leads provided through credit union relationships
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a high retention mindset
- Collaborate with internal account management and service teams to ensure excellent client experience
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and opportunities within our CRM
- Stay compliant with carrier, regulatory, and credit union partner standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of commercial insurance experience (P&C)
- Active Pennsylvania P&C insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Proven success selling to small and mid-sized commercial clients
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely while serving a defined geographic territory
- Experience working referrals or affinity partnerships is a plus
- Credit union, bank, or financial institution experience is a bonus
