This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance Agent based in Shippensburg, PA. The role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of personal and commercial clients, tailoring insurance solutions to meet client needs, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Daily tasks include providing insurance advice, handling policy renewals, processing claims, and performing sales-related activities to meet team or individual targets.
- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage and a thorough understanding of Insurance products
- Proven experience in Casualty Insurance and related coverages
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales expertise, with strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- State-required insurance licensing or the ability to obtain it
- Previous experience in personal and commercial lines insurance is a plus
- Proficiency in using insurance software and tools is an advantage
