- Assist in food production and food preparation processes, ensuring all items meet safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety protocols at all times.
- Handle food ingredients responsibly, practicing proper food handling and storage procedures.
Experience
- Proven pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, cake and crepe decorating, and food presentation.
- Experience with food industry standards including food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking, and knife skills essential for pastry work.
- Previous restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with packaging techniques for baked goods and customer service principles related to food retail environments.
