Job Description:
This growing, family-oriented ABA organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about doing meaningful work with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
The team is small, supportive, and family-centered, with a strong emphasis on quality care over overwhelming caseloads. This hybrid role includes both remote and in-home services, with intentionally sustainable billable expectations designed to support strong clinical outcomes, work-life balance, and long-term clinician success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide BCBA supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct behavior assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Provide parent training and support generalization of skills across settings
- Monitor and ensure accurate data collection and analysis
- Support clients during behavior challenges using ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies
- Collaborate with a small ABA team to continuously improve clinical outcomes
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- North Carolina LBA licensure
- Experience with RBT supervision, parent training, and behavior intervention
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism services
