This is a clinic-based opportunity offering a guaranteed salary not tied to billable hour incentives, along with consistent daytime hours Monday–Friday and a highly manageable caseload of approximately 8–10 clients. The role also offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

BCBA Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Provide parent training and education
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care
