We are a fast-growing reproductive law firm located in Montvale, NJ, dedicated to guiding individuals and families through assisted reproduction, surrogacy, egg and sperm donation, and parentage matters. We combine meticulous legal work with compassion, discretion, and a client-centered approach. Our practice is national in scope and deeply committed to ethical, inclusive, and thoughtful family formation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized, full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our expanding team. This is an in-office position offering 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

This is an excellent opportunity for pre-law students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a legal setting. Room for growth is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with intake, onboarding, and ongoing communication with clients, agencies, and medical professionals
- Coordinating execution of agreements, including signatures, notarization, and distribution
- Preparing and sending client correspondence
- Supporting attorneys and team members with daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with pleadings and court filings
- Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, and embryo disposition agreements
This is a small team environment where everyone contributes to the success of the firm. Candidates must be willing to assist with a variety of tasks and support colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative experience required
- Legal office experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow through on assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping people
- Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude
